Addiction and Mental Health Services of Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox and Addington is a vibrant and vital organization providing high quality support services to nearly 7,000 individuals in our region with addiction and mental health concerns.
To support future governance of the organization and assist the agency in delivering on its vision and mission, the agency is now seeking to recruit a diverse and dynamic Board of Directors to act in a collaborative governance capacity to lead the organization now and into the future.

AMHS-KFLA Leadership are focused to build, alongside key care partners, an integrated system of mental health and addictions care across the region. Recruitment efforts will support formation of an experienced board of nine (9) that embraces this aim.
With the recent announcement of the inception of the Frontenac, Lennox and Addington – Ontario Health Team (FLA-OHT), of which AMHS-KFLA is a proud contributing member, AMHS-KFLA is seeking to form collaborative policy governance which will oversee the integration of AMHS-KFLA within the overall system of care with four key areas of focus –
Improving the patient and caregiver experience.
Improving the health of populations.
Reducing the per capita cost of health care.
Improving the work life of providers.
