The Integrated Care Hub (ICH) at 661 Montreal St. has formally transitioned to part of HART Hub Kingston, offering HART Connect services.

Our location at 661 Montreal Street will remains open, and services continue.

We provide care, support, and connections to services in a welcoming environment.

Visit us at 661 Montreal Street to access our services 24/7, including:

  • Overnight beds and resting spaces in the Rest Zone
  • Nutritious meals & snacks
  • Drop-in services & support
  • Connections to healthcare, housing & community supports
  • Showers and help with basic needs
  • Support and connections to culturally relevant services and programs
  • Medical care and health resources
  • Help accessing treatment and medication for substance use
  • Staff-led activities, programs, and groups
