HART Connect Services are coming to 661 Montreal Street on October 1st

This October, the Integrated Care Hub (ICH) at 661 Montreal St. will transition to a HART Hub and begin offering HART Connect services.

Our location at 661 Montreal Street will remain open, and services will continue throughout this transition.

We will continue to provide care, support, and connections to services in a welcoming environment during this transition and beyond.

Visit us at 661 Montreal Street to access our services, including:

  • Overnight beds and resting spaces
  • Nutritious meals & snacks
  • Drop-in services & support
  • Connections to healthcare, housing & community supports
  • Showers and help with basic needs
  • Support and connections to Indigenous services and programs
  • Medical care and health resources
  • Help accessing treatment and medication for substance use
  • Staff-led activities, programs, and groups

The Consumption and Treatment Service (CTS) operated by Kingston Community Health Centres (KCHC) will permanently close on September 30, 2026, however this is only one component of the services available at this location, and many other services remain available now and in the future.
